In addition to being open we are also accepting new clientsAre courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can't come to court because I'm sick or quarantined?
Hearings have been adjourned; procedures and timelines for filings have been amended; and limitation periods have been suspended. The Court will continue to hear urgent and time-sensitive matters. Where possible all in-person meetings will be converted to a virtual meeting.
