Our firm bring to every case a substantial amount of experience, intellect and, most importantly, an intense desire to win. Accordingly, we are best suited for those occasions where you need a lawyer who will put in the extra effort to resolve a dispute. You can be assured of our personal attention as we do not delegate to a team of support staff or refer matters to outside firms.
Brown Law's civil litigation practice keeps our clients updated. We advance our clients' interests as quickly and as economically as possible. We will pursue your case towards the result that is best for you, whether through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution or trial.
Michelle represented the insurance industry as defence counsel, until she made the decision to advocate for plaintiffs in October of 2005. While she was a defence lawyer, Michelle worked for various insurance companies which gives her inside knowledge of the adjusting process. She has a great deal of understanding of how the adjusters assess claims and the procedure used to place a dollar value to their potential exposure. Knowing what to look for allows her to ensure each case is valued to have the maximum possible exposure noted on the file.
