Contingency Fees

If you or your loved one has been injured and you have an injury or disability claim, you can hire Brown Law Office to help get you compensation.  We offer our services to personal injury clients on a contingency basis.  That means only when you receive money, either from winning your case or negotiating a settlement, do you pay legal fees.  More information about contingency fees is located at the Law Society of Ontario.

Our standard contingency fee is 1/3 (33.3%). This is the most contingency fee we will ever charge you for legal fees relating to your personal injury case.  In most cases, the defendants will contribute to your legal costs, which will reduce the fees you pay.
